-Interior architecture and design - furniture plan, door and door styles, flooring, moldings and trim, materials selection including metals, woods, stone, etc.

-Plumbing Fixtures, hardware, tile and stone selection, solar / blackout shades, appliances selection, vanities, etc.

-Construction Documents - plans, elevations, details, and schedules

-Kitchen and Bathroom Design including elevations and renderings (if requested) - including custom cabinetry design

-Custom millwork design

INTERIOR DESIGN/DECOR BY ROOM(S) OR ENTIRE PROJECT
 

-Hourly consulting - either in person or via Zoom (Face Time)

-Develop floor plans by room survey if scope of work is decorative

-Schematic Development - architectural details, paint and stain selection, lighting, fans, etc

-Furniture, Lighting, Rug, Accessories, Art, etc sourcing

-Furniture plans along with any other elevations required for design elements

-Upholstery and Window Treatment Design and Management

-Interior renderings if requested

-Custom design furniture, rugs, wall treatments
